Self-Custody Disclaimer
Engram Wallet is a non-custodial, self-custody wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet passwords. No one — including the Engram developers or the Dero Foundation — can recover lost keys or reverse transactions on your behalf.
No Liability for Lost Keys
If you lose access to your seed phrase, private keys, or wallet password, your funds will be permanently inaccessible. The developers and contributors of Engram Wallet bear no responsibility for lost, stolen, or inaccessible funds resulting from user error, device failure, or security breaches on your end.
Software Provided As-Is
Engram Wallet is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While the development team strives for reliability and security, the software is in active development (Beta). Use it at your own risk. The developers are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
Open Source & Licensing
Engram Wallet is built with open-source technologies including Golang and Fyne. The software is developed by the Dero Foundation community. By using Engram, you agree to comply with applicable open-source licenses. Redistribution or modification should follow the terms set by the respective license agreements.
